About Kirabaki
Kirabaki is a bookkeeping tool for Malaysian micro-businesses: home bakers, food stalls, caterers and small shops. A seller sends their own sales, expenses and receipts to Kirabaki on WhatsApp. Kirabaki keeps them as records the seller can check, correct and export at kirabaki.my, and shows how much profit the business made.
Who runs it
Soskod Solution, registered in Malaysia (SSM 202203033669), Shah Alam, Selangor.
What a seller sends, and what comes back
- A line such as “jual nasi lemak 30 bungkus RM90” or “belanja ayam RM45”.
- A photo of a receipt, a PDF invoice, or a voice note.
Kirabaki replies with a short confirmation of the record it made. If it cannot tell whether money came in or went out, it asks one question. A seller can also ask about their own records, such as “untung minggu ni?”, and the answer comes only from those records.
How Kirabaki uses WhatsApp
- The seller starts the conversation. Kirabaki only replies to messages the seller sends.
- The only message sent without a new message from the seller is a login code they request on kirabaki.my.
- Kirabaki does not send marketing, promotions or broadcast messages on WhatsApp.
- Daily summaries and reminders appear in the Kirabaki web app, not as WhatsApp messages.
- During the pilot, access is by invitation and free of charge.
What Kirabaki does not do
- It is not a general-purpose AI assistant or chatbot. It does not chat or answer general questions: anything outside the seller’s own records gets a short reply saying the records do not show that, or asking for a sale or an expense.
- It does not sell, advertise or take orders for any goods or services, and it does not handle payments.
- It is not a tax filing service, a bank, or an e-invoice system.
- It never shows one business’s records to another business.
How AI is used
Kirabaki uses AI models from OpenAI to read what a seller sends: the text on a receipt photo, the words in a voice note, the amount in a message. The result is a bookkeeping record that the seller can see and correct. AI is how records are captured; the product is the seller’s books. Messages and records are not used to train shared AI models.
